Losing a family member is very tragic to us. It keeps you emotionally unstable as well as financially not well after especially if the one who left was the breadwinner. My father got so sick that we had to use all our savings in order for him to live. Unfortunately, death came and took him away from us. Having mortgaged our house and was close to being evicted, I knew that would bring more burdens to our family. Being the eldest, I couldn’t let that happen although I knew I couldn’t suffice to get it back on my own. My girlfriend suggested about a rent back scheme. It was also new to her, but lucky enough, she just overheard two people talking inside the bus about that. We looked it up on the Internet and found a good solution for our woes. I told my mother that we would just sell and rent back our house instead of having it repossessed from the bank. That way, my siblings would not feel so devastated after our father’s loss and then having to move to another place will not be an issue. Aside from that, we could start anew without having to leave home.

We found out about a great site that offers true value to sellers like us, the repossession-stoppers. I found a good deal for our house since we acted upon it earlier than the due date that was given to us by the bank. It was a fairly easy transaction I would say. We saved the profit that we made and a year after, we bought a smaller but pretty house in a nice neighborhood.
